About the Position
We are searching for an experienced project architect and project manager for our Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC office. Both offices are growing and looking for creative, enthusiastic, professional people excited about the opportunity to work on a variety of project types including federal, state, and local government work, higher education, retail and community driven work. The person in this position will be responsible for leading the team through the design process by organizing, executing and coordinating multiple projects. A successful candidate will have a passion for overall project design, building performance and project performance. The candidate must be a good listener and be communitive with our clients, colleagues, and project team members.
Experience and Qualifications
BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
10 years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
Registered Architect license is strongly preferred
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability to organize a team toward the project goal and to delegate responsibilities to achieve the goals
Salary : $87,700 - $113,400
