About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Power Delivery to join our growing Energy team in either of the following offices: Tampa, FL; Peachtree Corners, GA; The Woodlands, TX: Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on power transmission, substations, and/or distribution systems. In this role, the successful candidate will lead and manage key project activities, including scoping and budgeting for proposals, developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking hours, budget, and schedule adherence, and managing communication with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for issue resolution, deliverable submittals, and project closeout while building strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and management.
Projects will span across transmission, substation, and distribution systems, offering opportunities to broaden your expertise across diverse markets and geographies. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate all stages of a project efficiently, from initial planning to successful execution.

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Project Manager with a salary range of $100,800.00 - $189,500.00 .

Experience And Qualifications
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related field)
- 10 years of project management experience in power delivery systems (including transmission, substations, and distribution), with experience in renewables a plus
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Proven experience in mentoring and training junior staff
- Proficient in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and produce high-quality work
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the power delivery sector
