About The Position
We are seeking Structural Designers to join our growing Professional Design Team in our Peachtree Corners, GA, Mobile, AL, Savannah, GA offices, or Remote could be a possibility. The ideal candidate possesses 4 years of related design experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to structural design. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and can move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation.

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Designer IV with a salary range of $72,200.00 - $110,400.00 .

Experience And Qualifications
- A combination of education and experience equal to 4 years. Accredited two (2) year degree preferred.
- Ability to execute engineering design using 2D CAD
- Ability to execute engineering design in a 3D model
- Proficient with relevant software such as Revit, RISA, AutoCAD and BIM
- Experience modeling structural support systems for buildings, heavy equipment, large piping, and ductwork
- Ability to generate structural framing plans, sections, and details
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
