Looking for a seasoned couple interested in managing our small 9-unit motel.
Location : Pond Creek, OK (approx. 30 min north of Enid)
Job Requirements / Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Customer service skills
Available to be on-site
Basic maintenance, experience a plus
Cash receivable / Bank deposits
Housekeeping / Laundry
Daily reporting / Inventory
Computer skills / Email / Spreadsheets
Must have reliable transportation
Must have integrity / honesty
Must be responsible & have excellent communication skills
Job Pay :
Free housing and utilities
Commission pay / Contract 1099
