We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool and or Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote learning through play.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Facilitate daily activities including arts and crafts, physical education, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience for all students.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a healthy learning environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Proficient in lesson planning tailored for preschool/ Infant Toddler - aged children.
- Experience in daycare settings with knowledge of early childhood development principles.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
