Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote literacy education and early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Provide care for toddlers, attending to their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively.
- Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction and teamwork among preschoolers.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in preschool education or daycare settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and literacy education practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
- A nurturing attitude towards children with a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are desirable.
