Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a general housekeeper to support a property in Huntsville, Alabama.
$16.00 per hour
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
- Maintain floors clean. Includes but not limited to dusting, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, vacuuming shampooing, and waxing.
- Knowledge of floor care equipment.
- Maintain equipment and ensure equipment is working properly.
- Report damages/ malfunctions of equipment to Manager in a timely manner.
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
Position Requirements
- Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, and walking.
- This position is 2nd shift only. 5:30 PM- 12 AM / Must work weekends
