Pondside Nursery is looking for motivated and hardworking Landscape Laborers.
Landscape Laborer Job Summary:
- Responsible for shaping and maintaining the landscaping at a property under direction of the Foreman.
Primary responsibilities may include any combination of the following:
- Following Landscape plans by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
- Loading unloading wheelbarrows with materials (topsoil, compost, mulch, stone, debris)
- Sweeping walkway/patios/lawn areas of debris.
- Use of small equipment (Backpack blower, Backpack sprayers, drills, etc)
- Trim/Prune shrubs and pull weeds.
- Cut and Install sod, or seeding lawns
- Raking and mulching garden beds, lawn areas, etc
- Install rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture.
- Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
- Driving to and from job sites in company trucks.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be able to lift 50 Lbs.
- MUST be able to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- MUST be able to listen and follow direction of foreman
- MUST have a valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary decided based on previous work experience.
