Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their Dining experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and stocked FOH, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Utilize math skills to assist customers with inquiries regarding prices and promotions.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing sales accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with stock management and is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
