Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and provide assistance during emergencies.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review.
- Assist in conflict management situations by employing de-escalation techniques.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Maintain knowledge of first aid and CPR protocols to provide assistance in medical emergencies.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in surveillance operations or security roles is preferred.
- Certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial for emergency response situations.
- Military experience may be considered an asset due to the nature of the role.
