Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in your care.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to enhance security measures.
Qualifications
- Valid security certification or license is required.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- CPR and First Aid certification are essential.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems for effective monitoring.
- Background in law enforcement is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
