We're seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to drive business development in the advisor and financial services industry. You'll lead a high-performing team of account executives and transform market opportunities into strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and coach a dynamic sales team in the SMB market
- Performance Management:
- Comprehensive sales tracking (activity, pipelines, forecasts)
- Quota attainment and strategic goal setting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and client success teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- SaaS sales background (Financial services experience preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and MEDDIC methodology
- Strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated growth mindset and resilient work ethic
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compensation: $180,000-$220,000 OTE
