We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for our main store in Boca Raton, FL. This role involves driving sales, training and hiring staff, and managing internal store issues. Retail experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales, assist customers, and ensure satisfaction.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and motivate employees.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Interview and onboard new staff.
- Internal Store Management: Resolve employee issues and manage schedules.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the team and management.
- Operational Duties: Ensure policy compliance, manage cash, and monitor performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail management, preferably in women’s fashion.
