Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets.
• Reach out to customers via text and calls.
• Provide styling advice and personalized service.
• Handle transactions accurately.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base.
• Oversee daily operations.
• Manage opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and displays.
• Direct and support sales associates.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Conduct inter-store transfers.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience is required.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Strong sales skills and communication.
• Fashion knowledge and merchandising experience are a plus.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
