We will be interviewing qualified candidates for Sales Product Advisor at our location in 756 Hwy 321N Lenoir City 37771.

Compensation typically ranges from $60k- 120k for this position, based on a combination of hourly and commission training wage, converting to earned commissions based on margins, and additional incentives. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in "big ticket" sales. A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrable.

- Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
- Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
- Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
- Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
