You'll take ownership of store operations, service coordination, construction support, and sales while building your leadership skills and developing into a key driver of our continued success.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Be a visible, active leader on the floor, coaching your team, jumping in to help customers, and setting a high standard for performance and professionalism.
- Know the ins and outs of running a high-performing location while directly managing team members across sales, service, construction, and delivery.
- Become a subject matter expert on pools, spas, saunas, chemicals, and all backyard lifestyle products and services we offer.
- Use your technical know-how to support your team, troubleshoot when needed, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Inspire your team to exceed sales targets through hands-on coaching, motivation, and goal-setting.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely service, construction, and product delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage and improve KPIs like sales revenue, labor efficiency, margins, and customer retention.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in retail, sales, service, or operational leadership
- A self-starter with strong team-building and communication skills
- Comfortable being a mentor, motivator, and decision-maker
- Experience in the pool/spa industry (preferred but not required)
- Technically inclined- comfortable with product knowledge and troubleshooting
- Driven, coachable, and eager to grow into a long-term leadership role
- Professional, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
