We will be interviewing qualified candidates for Product Advisor at our retail showroom in Huntsville, located at 1307 Buford St NW Huntsville, AL 35801.

The desire to own our products is at an all-time high, and we'd love for qualified professionals to consider joining our team.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in "big ticket" sales. A background in home improvement and / or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrable.
Compensation typically ranges from $60k- 120k for this position (are you 'typical' or are you 'great'?), based on a combination of hourly and commission training wage, converting to earned commissions based on margins, and additional incentives. Our best Product Advisors earn over $100k , and is based on YOUR initiative, previous experience, and ability to;
- convert showroom shoppers into buyers with sales that wear well for our company, each department, a thrilled customer and YOU. We like creating WINS for everyone.
- deliver a high level of customer service personally and in all follow-up on the SharpSpring platform
- communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- have a desire to fully understand and apply extensive product knowledge with our vast array of products and services
- demonstrate high proficiency in filling out all paperwork and documentation accurately and completely, and into Counterpoint, vTiger and SharpSpring systems
- assist in keeping our showroom clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- be willing to participate in sales events and other projects to drive business
- coordinate with sales, service, install, delivery, construction and administrative staff to insure streamlined follow up and delivery
