The ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to effectively open a sale and build a strong relationship with all types of customers in a retail environment. Must have the confidence to control your destiny and income in a proven business model and lead-generating machine. You must have effective communication skills and the ability to follow up with prospects are key attributes to be successful in our sales environment.
As a Pool and Spa Product Advisor, you will educate consumers on why our products and services are the best in the industry and help design backyard dreams for clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the pool industry and a strong understanding of pool products, equipment, and maintenance. The Product Advisor will assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their pool-related needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide expert advice on pool maintenance, water treatment, and equipment usage.
- Stay updated on the latest pool industry trends and product innovations.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
- Support sales efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area.
- Process transactions and manage inventory as needed.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to expand product knowledge.
