What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Merchandising Manager position at Pool and Spa Depot?
Pool and Spa Depot is now hiring a Retail Merchandising Manager to work in all of our stores.
This newly created position will be responsible for the presentation of products across our family of retail stores. This position will use their creative vision and strategic mindset to drive the presentation of merchandise ensuring an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Design and create visual displays that showcase products in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Oversee product presentation and visual merchandising to create attractive displays that enhance the overall shopping experience
- Implement merchandising standards to maintain consistency across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional themes and campaigns.
- Execute merchandising resets, implement planograms and build retail displays
- Plan and implement store layouts, fixtures and displays
- Ensure that all displays and fixtures are properly installed, maintained and and comply with safety regulations.
- Work in conjunction with General Managers and Leads to train and maintain consistency from store to store
- Ensure signage, pricing information and displays are accurate, so merchandise is easy to locate.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic
- Be open to receiving feedback and direction from store leaders around brand presentation.
- Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in promotions and store operations.
