WHAT YOU'LL DO?
Assist customers in person and over the phone with service inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and product deliveries.
Maintain and update customer accounts and service records.
Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Accurately relay customer requests to our technical team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Customer service experience required; Service Writer or Dispatcher experience preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.).
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Open availability with flexibility to work overtime if needed.
