Job Description: Sales Specialist / Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist / Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing both existing and new customers. Your expertise in pool & hot tubs along with your sales skills will be crucial in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand the unique needs of each account and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support (pool and hot tub related topics).
- New Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets as well as know your competition and what they sell.
- Utilize your sales skills to effectively pitch and present to prospective clients.
- Actively suggest and/or implement creative ways to advertise whether in store or offsite.
- Sales and Quoting:
- Actively try to grow your knowledge and complete training assigned to you.
- Utilize your knowledge of Hot Tubs to accurately quote and sell.
- Utilize your knowledge of water chemistry and pool/spa related topics to assist in maintaining customers pool/spa.
- Provide detailed and professional quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pricing, product details, and project scope.
- Customer Service and Communication:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
- Actively listen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate clear and professional correspondence with clients.
- Margin Calculations and Profitability:
- Demonstrate proficiency in margin calculations to ensure profitability of sales.
- Price products and services in accordance with company guidelines and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and maximize revenue.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quoting and selling Pool & Spa supplies as well as Hot Tubs.
- Familiarity with takeoff calculations and experience using RFMS Measure (preferred) or similar software.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and business development.
- Strong computer proficiency. Knowledge of Gmail, Google/FB Ads, Scheduling software are a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and negotiate with clients.
- Knowledge of margin calculations and the ability to price products and services appropriately.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
