WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Supervise and coordinate daily pool maintenance routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate pool service technicians to enhance performance and maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and address customer concerns.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Track technician performance, review work orders, and ensure proper documentation of services provided.
- Collaborate with management to optimize routes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and service complaints professionally.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- The ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
2 years of experience in pool maintenance, service, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Knowledge of water chemistry, pool equipment, and maintenance best practices.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
