Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling procedures.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and effective phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous.
