Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, optimizing SEO, and overseeing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion, with a passion for storytelling, data-driven strategy, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements to enhance organic search rankings.
- Google Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Content Creation: Design compelling digital imagery, graphics, and promotional materials for social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage multiple social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Drone Content Production: Capture and edit high-quality drone footage for promotional use across digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Local Travel: Occasionally travel (less than 10%) for on-site content creation, business events, or promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Ads campaign management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Video editing and drone content creation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
