Location : In person at 109 Northpark Blvd., Covington, Louisiana - 70433
Responsibilities :
- Performs various monthly financial close / reporting activities
- Administers and accounts for company share repurchase program
- Administers customer ACH payment platform and reconciles customer payments
- Completes cash reconciliation for new acquisitions
- Manages and accounts for company Letters of Credit
- Compiles and reviews reconciliations for international cash accounts
- Maintains schedule of international bank accounts, services, and contacts
- Develops and maintains relationships with POOLCORP international finance / accounting managers
- Evaluates, tests and recommends actions to improve internal controls over international transactions
- Creates and manages cash forecast for foreign entities
- Other duties and special projects as needed
