Responsibilities
- Process billing and set up customer accounts
- Implement effective phone etiquette practices and manage phone systems to enhance communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies that improve office efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and budgeting processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in managing phone systems.
