Overview
I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This position is for a few days a week and really flexible. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of QuickBooks online and be able to learn other programs. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient workflow, supporting staff, and managing administrative tasks while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Process billing and set up customer accounts
  • Implement effective phone etiquette practices and manage phone systems to enhance communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with management to develop policies that improve office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in managing phone systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
