Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our in-ground swimming pool construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and building practices, with the ability to work on various residential pool projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. Experience in swimming pools is not required as on-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing job sites for excavation.
- Assist other team members in building pool kits/setting walls.
- Occasionally operating construction machines and equipment.
- Safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites, hardware stores, and more.
- Engage in concrete forming processes as well as concrete pouring and sealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, truck, tools and toolbox.
- Remove pool liners and install new pool liners.
- Assist with other construction duties.
Skills
- Knowledge of general construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in operating machinery is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with in-ground swimming pools is advantageous.
- Experience in concrete forming processes is a plus.
- Understanding of mold remediation procedures is beneficial.
- Basic paperwork skills
