Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling services, handling billing questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
- Schedule and coordinate pool service appointments efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding pool maintenance, services, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Process payments, invoices, and service agreements.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and service records.
- Communicate with field technicians to relay important customer information.
- Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles (pool industry experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and scheduling tools.
