We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and hands-on experience in pool maintenance and equipment repair. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair of pool systems, and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the service team to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various repair tasks.
• Conduct pool cleaning services, ensuring water quality and safety standards are met.
• Train new technicians on best practices for pool maintenance and equipment handling.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within the pool maintenance industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
