What You’ll Do:
- Manage 8–12 Premium Pools: Oversee commercial and residential pools, ensuring compliance with NC health/safety standards
- Clean pools by vacuuming, brushing, and scrubbing tiles.
- Test and adjust pool water to make sure it’s safe for swimmers.
- Keep pool areas, decks, restrooms, and equipment areas clean and organized.
- Set up pool furniture to make the area look nice.
- Check pool equipment and report any problems.
- Keep records of water tests and work you do.
- Skill Development: Learn cutting-edge pool technologies (e.g., saltwater systems, automated chemical controllers) used in commercial facilities across the Triad
- Work with us from April/May through Sept/Oct timeframe!

What You’ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (we do a driver's license and background check!!).
- Your own ride to and from work (a company car will be used during work).
- Be able to work outside in hot weather and handle physical tasks.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 an hour, depending on your experience.
Qualifications: (Position is contingent upon passing the course we teach here)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) we will train you and you will obtain your official Certified Pool Operator certification which lasts 5 years! Class taught in-house by our team!
