The Role :
As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Pool Maintenance :
- Conducting thorough pool inspections and identifying potential issues.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal pool performance.
- Customer Service :
- Communicating effectively with the Office Team regarding service schedules, recommendations, and any necessary repairs.
- Special Services :
- Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude : You're a team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Detail-Oriented : You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Reliable and Responsible : You are punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Fitness : You are able to lift at least 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions (including heat and light rain), and stand for extended periods.
- Customer Service Focus : You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid Driver's License : A valid driver's license is required for operating company vehicles. (Non-optional) Benefits :

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our office.
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, with potential for weekend work during peak season.
Performing routine pool maintenance tasks, including chemical testing and balancing, cleaning filters, and skimming debris.
Providing excellent customer service to all clients, building strong relationships and addressing their concerns promptly.
Assisting with spring openings, pool closings, and other specialized services as needed.
