Pool Repair & Maintenance Supervisor / Lead (Experienced Hire)

Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Supervision :
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to enhance technician skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Operations Management :
- Oversee pool maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all services.
- Customer Service :
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive brand image.
- Inventory & Equipment Management :
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of company vehicles and equipment.
- Experience :
- 1 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
- Skills :
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license.(you must have a valid state issued license in order to operate our company vehicles so this is non-optional)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of pool technicians.
Coordinate daily operations, including but not limited working with the office support team on route planning and be a leader within the business.
Build strong relationships with clients and address any concerns promptly.
Manage inventory of pool chemicals, equipment, and parts.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in pool maintenance and repair.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certified Pool Operator or Technician (a plus).
