Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve territory goals.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals in both inside and direct sales environments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in upselling, analyzing customer needs, and conducting product demos.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in inside sales, territory sales, or direct sales is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
