We are seeking a skilled HotSpring Brand Spa Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HotSpring spas and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in spa and hot tub repair, including troubleshooting electrical and plumbing systems, replacing components, and performing routine maintenance. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.

- Diagnose and repair HotSpring brand spas, including pumps, heaters, jets, control systems, and plumbing
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and water chemistry testing
- Troubleshoot electrical components, including circuit boards, sensors, and wiring
- Replace and install spa components such as filters, jets, and covers
- Educate customers on proper spa care and maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repairs
- Keep tools and work vehicle organized and stocked with necessary parts
- Stay up-to-date with HotSpring spa models, features, and repair techniques
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa, pool, or hot tub repair
- Knowledge of HotSpring spa systems and components preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy spa components
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs
