We are on the hunt for an experienced and skilled Renovation Superintendent to oversee our renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the renovation process, including supply chain delays or customer concerns
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in construction management or renovation supervision, preferably in the pool industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Specifically tiling, coping, electric, plumbing, plaster prep, leak detection, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean history and be willing to travel to various job sites as needed
