Location: Corporate Office - 109 NorthPark Blvd., Covington, LA 70433
Responsibilities
- Manages and administers current banking products and services.
- Engages banking partners to review and evaluate new banking products and possible uses.
- Coordinates with corporate departments and engage banks for input/quotes for areas of interest.
- Requests and evaluates proposals and RFP’s and prepares management summaries.
- Engages with bank partners on customer service and product support and engages with corporate departments to work through issues/solutions.
- Understands corporate needs for specialty product offerings such as Fx, derivatives, Letters of Credit and engage banking partners for solutions.
- Reviews bank account and service pricing, structure and strategy.
- Maintains and manages account signers and bank service assignments.
- Maintains schedule of international bank accounts, services and contacts.
- Acts a liaison between US treasury and international subs to keep international bank users with up-to-date profiles and authority levels with the banking platforms.
- Oversees Letter of Credit process.
- Administers share repurchase program and trading partners.
- Other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or other business-related discipline.
- Minimum five years treasury/banking experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
