- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise.
- Help with food handling and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support the team during busy periods, providing assistance wherever needed to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the food service or catering industry.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
