Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining the flow of service within the restaurant.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences when applicable.

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings can be beneficial but is not required.
