Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answering phones.
- Provide potential buyers with information on programs that are offered.
- Setting up trial class and helping manage the CRM system.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are readily available for customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
