Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, irrigation, tree care, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Technician will ensure that all grounds are kept in pristine condition while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Execute tree trimming and care to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees on the property.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties including weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
- Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls installation.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning and disease management.
- Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
