Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to garden maintenance, tree care, groundskeeping, and lawn care. This is a hands-on role that requires the use of both power tools and hand tools to build and maintain outdoor spaces. Duties:
- Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscape plans
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Install irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants
- Operate power tools such as chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various landscaping tasks
- Assist with the construction of outdoor structures such as patios or walkways
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
