You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, managing stock levels, and promoting products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies regarding customer service and store procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing stock counts.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette for customer inquiries.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with product demonstrations or promotions is advantageous.
