What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool and Spa Service Specialist (WE CAN TRAIN) position at Pools Plus, Inc.?
Pools Plus is hiring one technician who preferably has had some experience in the pool and spa industry however we will highly consider others who have mechanical, electrical, plumbing or other technical backgrounds as well.

We are willing to train pool and spa specifics for the right candidate. You would need a good grasp on either electrical or plumbing or preferably both. Ownership of a pool or spa definitely helps. The ability to drive a hi-lo won't hurt. Previous experience as a pool or spa tech would raise your starting pay and move you up the list of candidates for sure!

Job Duties:
- Perform pool opening and closing services at the beginning and end of the season.
- Diagnose issues in pool accessories such as heaters, pumps, salt systems, etc. and aid customers in fixing their equipment in a timely fashion.
- Assist in hot tub maintenance year round (replacing parts, diagnosing issues, performing warranty work, etc.)
- Deliver hot tubs with a team into a variety of locations and assist in installation of any accessories.
- Perform other tasks as needed in the service department.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- A clean driving record and current driver's license is a requirement.
- A good work ethic, a good attitude, and willingness to learn new skills are required.
- The ability to lift at least 75lbs or more on a regular basis is required.
- Ability to drive a hi-lo is preferred.
- Everything else we can train!
