We're currently hiring for multiple locations across the North San Antonio area, offering exciting opportunities on a 'first come, first served' basis. Starting Pay-Rates: Based on Experience
$13.50 - $17.00 per hour
Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time

Responsibilities:
As a lifeguard with PSA , your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the safety of all patrons in and around the pool area.
- Enforcing facility rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Wearing proper uniform, including all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Performing secondary duties when not on lifeguard stand.
- Maintaining current Lifeguarding, CPR, and First-Aid certifications.
- Keeping the pool area clean by picking up debris.
- Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed.
- Conducting chemical checks to ensure swimming safety.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Be a minimum of 15 years or older.
- Hold current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First-Aid certifications.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Attend in-service training or complete online training sessions.

- Start Memorial Week and Weekend
- 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts available.
- Day shifts, Weekends only after Spring Break
