Poolsure, an Aquasol Company, is searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Houston, TX.
A Customer Service Representative is the first line of communication for customer inquiries and support. This position requires a high level of computer, organization and communication skills, to ensure customers receive the best customer service in the industry. The CSR is also required to understand and troubleshoot customer issues to provide first contact resolution, education and escalation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via emails, and phone calls by providing top-notch customer service
- Quickly determine the customer needs and provide informed responses based on each specific situation
- Help troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve product issues or concerns
- Document detailed information on each situation for each customer for future reference
- Create work orders for the customer’s needs, that will be assigned to the appropriate team for quick resolution
- Build and develop a knowledgebase of our ever-evolving products and services
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Previous experience working in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, working independently within a defined process
- Experience working with different types of technology, including Slack, Salesforce, Google Suites
- Experience working in pool or call center industries is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable with chemistry is a plus
