Job Summary
The Commercial Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool cleaning and maintenance service, developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients. Rate of pay depends on experience.
Responsibilities
Check water chemistry and balance pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicalsMaintain pool cleanliness by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying baskets of debrisPerform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipmentDevelop and nurture customer relationshipsDocument your visit in the company CRM and by leaving a visit report for clientsMaintain and clean 80-90 residential pools on a weekly basis, generally 15 to 20 per dayExpected workweek of 35 to 40 hours depending on the condition of your pools and your efficiencyQualifications
6 months to 1 year minimum experience MANDATORY.Loves working outsideMust have availability to work Monday FridayMust be over 21 with a clean driving record (no recent major accidents or infringements) due to company auto insurance requirementsMust be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and conducting physical labor in the Florida heat and weatherExcellent customer relationship building and communication is a mustWorking knowledge of feeder pump and controllersMust have a positive attitude and work well independently while exhibiting team-oriented behaviorsTo ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
Provide reliable, efficient and professional service to clientsProvide professional pool cleaning, water balancing and client follow-upLoad vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recordedRecord all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposesIdentify and report any maintenance problems or faultsIdentify poolside opportunities for upselling / salesHigh school diploma or equivalentCertified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred by not requiredValid Drivers LicenseClean Driving History
