Position Overview:
The Client Engagement Specialist is a highly organized individual who will assist the Account Management team by conducting account audits, providing consultation and support to clients, managing orders, inventory, and sales goals, and ensuring efficient data handling across systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in account management with exposure to multiple aspects of client success and operations.
Responsibilities:
Client Account Management
Support day-to-day management of assigned clients while building and maintaining long-lasting relations by being the main point of contact for inquiries, requests, and reorders.
Account Audits
Track account health and proactively address issues by conducting regular audits to ensure success and identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with senior team members to report findings, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions.
Consultation and Support
Offer troubleshooting and technical support to guide clients on best practices, product usage, and service optimization.
Management and Staffing Changes
Assist clients during periods of internal change, such as leadership transitions or shifts in management structure.
Inventory, Ordering, and Recurring Sales
Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely order processing for clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products based on usage patterns. Strive to achieve monthly recurring sales goals within assigned territory.
Data Efficiency
Regularly verify and update client information across all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct routine audits to identify discrepancies, errors, or outdated information by cross-referencing data.
Communication Liaison
Coordinate and facilitate information flow between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries, client needs, concerns, and feedback.
