We are looking for customer-focused Roadside Assistance Technicians. As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be assisting customers who have had trouble with their car. The major services provided are:
- Jump Start Assists (JS)
- Battery Sales
- Car Door Unlocks (CDU’s)
- Fuel Delivery
- Lock Picks
- Tire Changes
We operate 24/7 which provides several scheduling options.
Qualifications

- Roadside Assistance Background
- Towing Background
- Taxi / Uber / Rideshare Background
- Light Automotive Repair Background
- Bi-Lingual
- Valid Drivers License with Clean DMV Record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to conduct physical work (Tire Changes, CDU’s, Etc)
- Ability to work independently
- Be a good communicator
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Critical thinking to solve problems in the field
- Excel in a fast-paced ever changing environment
- Excited to multi-task
- Have a curiosity and drive to be in a continuous learning environment

- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- You have a clean criminal background check. We will check!
- You can work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
