Job Overview
Pop-A-Lock of Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Roadside Assistance Technician with 1 years of automotive experience.

Provide roadside assistance services, including car unlocks, jump-starts, and tire changes.
Respond promptly to dispatch calls using a company-provided phone and handle calls professionally.
Maintain and operate company vehicles in excellent condition.
Deliver a customer-focused experience, ensuring satisfaction with every service call.
Requirements:
1 years of experience in the automotive field is required.
Strong mechanical skills and experience maintaining vehicles.
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Clear driving record and the ability to pass annual background checks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
