Position: Night Manager
Location: 30330 US HWY 17 Waverly, GA 31565
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Evening and Night Shifts

We're looking for a responsible and motivated Night Manager to oversee operations during evening hours, ensuring our customers have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management
- Supervise nightly operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee inventory management during shifts, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are organized.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection and resolving customer concerns.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
- Handle any customer disputes or incidents professionally.
Team Leadership
- Train, supervise, and support evening staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Delegate responsibilities, such as cashiering and floor management, to team members
Security and Compliance
- Enforce compliance with all store policies, including ID checks and responsible alcohol sales regulations.
- Perform regular audits of cash registers, inventory, and security measures.
- Respond promptly to security issues or emergencies.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and submit nightly reports, including sales figures, incidents, and shift updates to Store Owner and Store Manager
- Reconcile daily cash registers and ensure deposits are prepared for the next day.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to improve operational efficiency and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beverages (Not required, but preferred).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer interactions and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid Driver's License & a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work

- Physical ability to stand, lift, and stock products (up to 40 lbs).
